In the sixth grade, at Hodgkin's Junior High School in Augusta, Maine, I wish hadn't teased Jason Watson so unmercifully. I've felt badly about that for a very long time, and wish I could apologize to him personally. He put up with it very patiently for a year, and the next year he didn't come back. Service Liaison, public market (government)

you're the link between the IT-suppliers and the internal customers, directing RFCs through intake and CAB. you monitor the status of mentioned RFCs and report status information back to the internal customer. in case of trouble or extreme political pressure, you contact the Service Management of the IT-suppliers to make sure the RFC is carried out with the proper sense of urgency.

you also deliver input for the SLA to Service Level Management when a new CI is brought into production through an RFC, because those changes and their support levels will have to be named in the PDC.
