Argh. I've just realised why bookshelves should never ever ever be above your desk. Every book I own just did a nice domino effect, crashing off the bookshelf onto my desk. Unfortunately I happened to have a large glass of water just on the spot where they fell. Even worse, my contract law folder was on the floor open, where the water cascaded. My notes are in tatters. Maybe this is why I should type my notes up after lectures. BAH.

*grump grump grump*

they're readable but kind of mushy :/ Just need to handle them carefully now. I guess it's an insentive to type them all up though. BAH.

No! Don't do it with a hairdryer! Pin them up on a clothes line, that way they won't stick together.

well, there's about 400 sheets of paper in there... I think I'll just leave them in the folder to dry and pick them apart when I need them. It worked with my history notes 2 years ago.. though there was a lot less paper involved then. I'm gonna leave it and hope for the best. I don't have time to do anything else anyway :/ At least it's mainly restricted to one corner of the notes. Yucky.

Frieda

do you guys already have a new microwave there?

Zyle
02-28-2003, 02:37 PM
nope, there are two more though on the other two floors. I don't expect that we'll be getting a new one. We are all going to have to pay for the cost of the old one. This pisses me off like you wouldn't believe. Just because we live in the building that was nearly burnt to the ground... WE were the ones at risk for Gods sake and WE have to pay for it. It's as fair as someone from one of the other colleges having to pay for it imho. STUPID STUPID.

Oh well, time for formal now, I'm sure I won't be mad for very long :p

Time to spooooooooooon!!!

Frieda

spooning = banging spoons on the table so such tunes as "Hild and Bede are wankers, Hild and Bede are wankers, da da da daaaaaaaaaaaa, da da da daaaaaaaaaa"
(nobody knows the last words ;))

I'll upload video footage as soon as I have enough webspace :p

As I was posting that last message a VERY drunken Matt just entered my room and collapsed on my bed, making really disturbing grunting noises. No really, i've *never* seen anybody this drunk before... really :/ Kinda scary tbh. Luckily I also have videos of this :D:D:D:D hahahahhahahahahahahahahhaha evil boy, I'll show him what he gets for tickling me in the corridor earlier! BWAHAH!
