1. In Texas, all the leaves fall off the trees, because it's mostly live oaks. They stay green all winter, and then turn sickly brown in spring until the new leaves come in. :)

1. blooming forsythia (yellow)
2. the first shy blossoms of a Japanese cherry-tree (pink)
3. two extremely busy, enthusiastic dogs having a go at being fruitful and increasing in number (multicoloured)
