oh and from 1991 to 1993 of course the most infamous hairstyle of all ages, the forehead spoiler for girls-- the higher the better, you'd use so much hairspray that when you arrived at school in wintertime the damn thing would be frozen and when it rained it would collect raindrops in it

In LA in the eighties, we referred to it as a "surf's up" do :D

Apart from that, I remember absolutely nothing from the entire decade. I'm drawing a complete blank on this thread. I was knee-deep in diapers, no sleep, no books, no movies and no friends in a new city.
