I have my own web hosting service for my two sites.
There are other places that give you room for free, but I'm not sure who.
Sometimes your ISP gives you storage room for free. I know ATTBI does.
Once you find a place to store your pics, I think you need HTTP or FTP to get them up there, unless the service provides other tools.
Sorry I can't be more help.
I just use angelfire. free and easy. it sucks ass but if you're only using it for pics it's utterly fine.

i just wanted to see my pics make it on the site, since i wasted a good part of my evening trying to bandage myself after many shards of plastic shot into my face as a result of trying to make a CD entry in time for the May 15th deadline.
