Ok, now this kind of sickened me, but what I really want to know is where they rescued the tigers from.....I mean really...the zoo?

this story sickens me too. there are lots of reasons big cats need to be rescued though. sometimes people will purchase wild cats as pets, then realize they can't handle them and get rid of them or worse, neglect them. then there are circuses, wild animal parks, etc. if you want to read about other cases of big cat rescues, check out:
