1) What's the best trip you've ever taken? Why?
Honeymoon. It combined a shuttle launch, scuba diving, and some really cool airplanes with the company of a swell guy.
2) What's the worst trip you've ever taken? Why?
Second trip to Florida. We took along my mother-in-law.
3) Ever used a dating service? Best and worst experiences.
Nope.
4) What's your favorite "urban legend"?
Democracy.
5) What do you think of "open relationships" (i.e., married but allowed to be physically intimate with others)? Would you feel differently if the marriage produced children?
Having spent literally years hanging out on Compu$erve's old Human Sexuality forum, I learned that in such relationships, usually one person ends up feeling ripped off somewhere along the way, children or no children.
6) Should we give criminals, if they are proven to be able to handle this level of responsibility, the option to serve in the armed forces to work off some of their "debt to society"?
Sure, but we should warn them that they won't like it if they screw the pooch and wind up in military prison. That's seriously hard time.
7) You have ten minutes to spend $10,000. What do you buy?
A giant flat plasma display and a series of Norm McLaren animations to run on it.
8) You have one day off work and unlimited funds. What do you do?
Fly down to Santa Ynez and treat N. to whatever she wants.
9) Do you know how to sew? When did you learn, and what was the first thing you made?
I do. The first thing I made independently (i.e. aside from school assignments) was a dress for my daughter.
10) When you retire, do you plan to just relax, or are you going to keep working?
Relaxation is impossible for me. I'll start a second career, something a little more playful.

1) What's the best trip you've ever taken? Why?
last summer to st. augustine. romance. meaning. the whole enchilada.
2) What's the worst trip you've ever taken? Why?
i went to the beach with my whole family when my kids were little. my brothers were all drunk by 11:00 every morning.
3) Ever used a dating service? Best and worst experiences.
just once. it was a nightmare.
4) What's your favorite "urban legend"?
the bunny man.
5) What do you think of "open relationships" (i.e., married but allowed to be physically intimate with others)? Would you feel differently if the marriage produced children?
as opposed to a closed relationship? some openness is necessary. too much seems to be a bad thing. i've never liked any "open relationship" people. y'know, the people in them creeped me out.
6) Should we give criminals, if they are proven to be able to handle this level of responsibility, the option to serve in the armed forces to work off some of their "debt to society"?
yeah, that's what we need, more of a criminal mentality in the armed forces. i think xerocs would be pissed at the prospect that his profession could be replaced by criminals.
7) You have ten minutes to spend $10,000. What do you buy?
plane tickets for the next ten years.
8) You have one day off work and unlimited funds. What do you do?
the great barrier reef. sailing & scuba
9) Do you know how to sew? When did you learn, and what was the first thing you made?

1) What's the best trip you've ever taken? Why?
Bahamas -- Jack Tar Village. I was 16, I hardly saw my parents the whole time I was there. It was wickedly beautiful there, too. Second runner up.. believe it or not ... Orlando and Disneyworld last November.
2) What's the worst trip you've ever taken? Why?
Stuck in a trucker's inn somewhere outside of Glasgow. A certain trip to Philadelphia.
3) Ever used a dating service? Best and worst experiences.
Yep. When I first got here, I figured it'd help me meet new people, new friends. Best: taken out by a charming man who arrived with a dozen roses and then off to one of the top restaurants in NYC, then whisked away in a big stretch limo for some jazz music at a club in the village. Worst: most of the ones I ran across had some severe personal issues they needed to address and were using the dating site as a lazy man's way of finding someone to entertain them. I think out of the five dates I went on that way, one turned stalker, one was obsessed with his ex gf and compared me to her (in bad ways), one was just plain crazy and mauled me within five minutes of meeting him, and another was an ex delta force officer with a hidden S&M fetish.
4) What's your favorite "urban legend"?
The lights turned off on the car/gang flashing thingy.
5) What do you think of "open relationships" (i.e., married but allowed to be physically intimate with others)? Would you feel differently if the marriage produced children?
I don't. Not this girl. No way.
6) Should we give criminals, if they are proven to be able to handle this level of responsibility, the option to serve in the armed forces to work off some of their "debt to society"?
Yes.
7) You have ten minutes to spend $10,000. What do you buy?
I'd pay off my debts. One click online, and it's done. Sad but true.
8) You have one day off work and unlimited funds. What do you do?
I'd go for a spa day. Manicure, pedicure, facial, massage, hair, serene music.
9) Do you know how to sew? When did you learn, and what was the first thing you made?
The weird thing about this is that my dad does the sewing in our family. I can barely stitch an inch. I've tried, but it always comes out looking funky.
10) When you retire, do you plan to just relax, or are you going to keep working
Me? Ha! You know the answer to this: I'm a workaholic. I plan to teach at a university as my retirement plan.

1) What's the best trip you've ever taken? Why?
You should know that Vegas because I got to meet some real cool monkeys.
2) What's the worst trip you've ever taken? Why?
I went on a trip to Mackinac Island for a wedding. Now, the trip itself wasn't so bad...My friend set me up with one of her co-workers. I tried dating him a couple of times before hand. I decided to be friends with him, and I told him that. Well during the trip he was all over me, and I basically had to be a bitch (if avoiding him means being a bitch) to get the point across. My friend and her family thought I was being terrible to him. And I guess I was, but I kept telling him I just wanted to be friends and he was like white on rice.
3) Ever used a dating service? Best and worst experiences.
Yes. Best experience was dating this guy I met for about three months. The worst experience was with him, he sent me an e-mail to tell me he was going back with his ex-girlfriend.
4) What's your favorite "urban legend"?
Oh, hands down the one about this person waking up in a bathtub of ice after a party with their kidneys gone, and to beware of these organ kidnappers.
5) What do you think of "open relationships" (i.e., married but allowed to be physically intimate with others)? Would you feel differently if the marriage produced children?
Why bother getting married if you want to sleep with other people? And if kids are involved? I don't think it is healthy.
6) Should we give criminals, if they are proven to be able to handle this level of responsibility, the option to serve in the armed forces to work off some of their "debt to society"?
Yes. Look at how great "The Dirty Dozen" worked:)
7) You have ten minutes to spend $10,000. What do you buy?
A big screen TV and furniture.
8) You have one day off work and unlimited funds. What do you do?
I fly all the zemonkeys to Martha's Vineyard for a day on the beach (that is free of sand gnats).
9) Do you know how to sew? When did you learn, and what was the first thing you made?
No. I had home economics in Jr. High and they tried to teach me. This little Vietnamese girl I made friends with felt sorry for me and did all my projects. Her name was Tu Trang. I am certain I did not spell this right.
10) When you retire, do you plan to just relax, or are you going to keep working?
I am going to travel!

1) What's the best trip you've ever taken? Why?
Wow... this is hard!
I'd have to say the last time I went on a choir tour with the Chamber Singers in high school. So many great memories... We drove to Arizona first... stopped in some small town for dinner and I met one of the most beautiful boys I've ever seen - will never forget him. We were in Arizona for a day or so - I remember the desert, and how clear the sky was and how dry the air was... Then we drove up to Oregon... I remember waking up as we entered the state and thinking I was seeing what heaven looked like. We stopped at Mount Hood for a day skiing - except that I didn't know how to ski; although there were lessons offered I opted to try to figure it out on my own. I was an avid roller- and ice-skater - I was thinking, "How hard could it be?" Finally made it down the bunny slope on my butt. :p
We stayed in the town of Hygiene, OR ("I wanna be a part of it - Hygiene, Hygieeeeeeene...") for two days and one night. I *loved* it there - we were lucky enough to stay with a family who had an alpaca farm, and were given alpaca-fur hats as gifts (wish I still had that hat! don't know what became of it). It snowed, something I'd had little experience with, real snow that fell from the sky and didn't melt within a couple hours... we *walked* in it! :O
Then we drove down to San Francisco for the rest of the week... spent the last few days staying at the Inn San Francisco (our choir director was friends with the owners and so we got a great deal), tanning in the tanning booth, jacuzzi'ing, eating yummy food at Fisherman's Wharf, being spoiled rotten... The rooms are gorgeous - it's an old Victorian mansion and the rooms are painted those wonderful colors that aren't pastels but aren't bright either...
I just remember how great it was to be with those people, and not have to worry about money or time or anything... Just so y'all know, the two monkey trips I've taken rank right up there, but just for the sheer carefreeness of that choir tour, I'd have to choose that as my favorite.
2) What's the worst trip you've ever taken? Why?
I honestly can't think of one... every trip I've ever taken has had more merits than bad moments.
3) Ever used a dating service? Best and worst experiences.
Oh yeah... traditional newspaper personals, Great Expectations, phone personals, online stuff. Best experiences included meeting a really sexy Italian comedian who I ended up dating for a few months (but we ended things 'cos he was too busy trying to have a career), a psychologist who I picnicked with at a digital music concert at Stanford (game hens stuffed with rice; huge ripe peaches with an *amazing* Riesling for dessert) - I was too young for how quickly serious he got & I put an end to it (damn, I wish I knew then what I know now!).
Bad experiences happened because I was STOOOOOpid. All happened with the phone dating thing... The first - I talked to him a few times and he seemed sooo sweet that I broke my rule of only meeting guys at a nearby restaurant... he turned out to be a sickly, scary guy ... I won't talk about the second because I can't believe how incredibly stupid I was... could have been very dangerous but somehow worked out. And the third... I had myself a little stalker action, but he was easily discouraged. *whew*
4) What's your favorite "urban legend"?
Batter-fried rat at Kentucky Fried Chicken.
5) What do you think of "open relationships" (i.e., married but allowed to be physically intimate with others)? Would you feel differently if the marriage produced children?
I personally couldn't stomach it. I need the kind of connection a one-on-one provides... and the safety factor is troubling.
6) Should we give criminals, if they are proven to be able to handle this level of responsibility, the option to serve in the armed forces to work off some of their "debt to society"?
I would be in favor of it if there was some way of making sure that the only guys allowed to do this had proven remorseful and really wanted to contribute something to make up for what they'd done.
7) You have ten minutes to spend $10,000. What do you buy?
A laptop, a digital camera, and whole sh*tload of beads. :)
8) You have one day off work and unlimited funds. What do you do?
I'd buy a lifetime membership at a really fantastic gym; then go shopping for incentive clothes. :D
9) Do you know how to sew? When did you learn, and what was the first thing you made?
I do - I learned when I was about 6 years old. I think one of the first things I made was a simple dress - actually, I probably made a pillow and a purse before that.
10) When you retire, do you plan to just relax, or are you going to keep working?
Yeah - I'll prolly keep working - I can't imagine just sitting around!

5) What do you think of "open relationships" (i.e., married but allowed to be physically intimate with others)?
Would you feel differently if the marriage produced children?
I believe that intimacy is supposed to be with the one you are married to. Being intimate with others
would only lead to the breakdown of your marriage
6) Should we give criminals, if they are proven to be able to handle this level of responsibility, the option to serve in the armed forces to work off some of their "debt to society"?
i heard this question before...and since my dad was in the Vietnam War, i dun think i would have

1) What's the best trip you've ever taken? Why?
This last visit to Western North Carolina, probably. Got to hike with good friends, visited a lot of places I love, and had a week by myself.
2) What's the worst trip you've ever taken? Why?
Christmas 1995 to Western North Carolina. I had severed a tendon in my left hand a few weeks before and was in a splint I couldn't take off. The US Gov't had been shut down due to an impasse between the White House and Congress. I was too cold and I was one-handed, and all the good trails were not accessible. Not a fun trip...

No.
4) What's your favorite "urban legend"?
Any urban legend seen on Mythbusters is a fun one! :D

Marriage is a one on one thing. Should be.
6) Should we give criminals, if they are proven to be able to handle this level of responsibility, the option to serve in the armed forces to work off some of their "debt to society"?
Sure.

Dinner for all the monkeys.

Most of the armed forces are in to keep out of jail anyway....

2 months off work.
8) You have one day off work and unlimited funds. What do you do?

1) What's the best trip you've ever taken? Why?
Florida December 1997. We went anywhere the mood took us, and ended up in beautiful Key West.
2) What's the worst trip you've ever taken? Why? Camping 1992. Poured rain the entire time, tent eventually lost the battle and filled with water. We ended up camping the last night in an apartment watching movies.
3) Ever used a dating service? Best and worst experiences.
Yes, an internet one. Best? met some nice people and got to go to lots of interesting places. Worst? A drama teacher who simply couldn't understand the word 'No'. When it became clear that he wasn't listening, I explained it in a painfully clear way.
4) What's your favorite "urban legend"? The baby spiders that all come out of a cactus.
5) What do you think of "open relationships" (i.e., married but allowed to be physically intimate with others)? Would you feel differently if the marriage produced children?
No way!
6) Should we give criminals, if they are proven to be able to handle this level of responsibility, the option to serve in the armed forces to work off some of their "debt to society"? Sure if they are given tasks which are equal to their skill and crime...
mass murderer gets to look for landmines, gang bangers tell them the uniform is their 'colours', bank robbers and cat burglers infiltrate and pilfer.
7) You have ten minutes to spend $10,000. What do you buy?
I pay part of a student loan.
8) You have one day off work and unlimited funds. What do you do?Unlimited cash you said? Arrange for cargo planes to transport food and medication to third world children. Meanwhile our North American children who are homeless or unable to purchase food or medicine are given the go ahead to eat, sleep, and get medications and doctor visits.
9) Do you know how to sew? When did you learn, and what was the first thing you made? I know how. Don't sew well. Don't enjoy it. Made a bathinsuit cover up in grade 7.
10) When you retire, do you plan to just relax, or are you going to keep working? I will retire with a hobby/job I enjoy.

1) What's the best trip you've ever taken? Why?
Summer of 2002 -- went to Boston, saw David Bowie in concert, stayed with friends, stopped in NYC on the way home and stayed with friends in midtown Manhattan. It was perfect. I never saw or did so much all at once in my life!
2) What's the worst trip you've ever taken? Why?
We went camping and I was drunk pretty much the whole farkin' time and ruined it for everybody. It was horrible, especially when I consider how much I love camping and what fun it could have been.
3) Ever used a dating service? Best and worst experiences.
Nope.
4) What's your favorite "urban legend"?
The black widow spiders in the beehive hairdo. Either that or the people who take your kidneys and leave you in a bathtub of ice.
5) What do you think of "open relationships" (i.e., married but allowed to be physically intimate with others)? Would you feel differently if the marriage produced children?
Now, what the hell kind of fun is it doing something you're allowed to do? Farkin' killjoys!
6) Should we give criminals, if they are proven to be able to handle this level of responsibility, the option to serve in the armed forces to work off some of their "debt to society"?
We put criminals in the White House; why not?
Seriously? No.
7) You have ten minutes to spend $10,000. What do you buy?
Awwwwww, crap. Um, um, ummmmm..... Awww CRAP! I know I'll think of it later! What kinda time we got left? Oh, crapohcrapohcrapohcrap.......I gotta pee......
I know what! All my dental work and a trip to Ireland and a big screen TV for Uncle Husband! Yayyyyyyy!
Um, when will this be delivered?
("I wait for delivery each day until three")
8) You have one day off work and unlimited funds. What do you do?
Go buy a hot new car, go to the ballgame and sit in the best seats in the place, go to a jewelry store and clean out the place and go to the best restaurants in town for brekkers, lunch and dinner, and go shopping and buy really cool prezzies for everyone I know.
Hey, what the hell was I so worried about spending that $10,000 in ten minutes for? I had all day and all the cash I could blow! Jeez!
9) Do you know how to sew? When did you learn, and what was the first thing you made?
Yep. I made a dress for my daughter. Of course, I couldn't start with an A-line romper shift. It had puffed sleeves, a pinafore and a petticoat! Jeezus Key-Rist! She grew up and forgave me, though. LOL
10) When you retire, do you plan to just relax, or are you going to keep working?
If I get any lazier I will need to be on life support. LOL
I like my work. But I'd like to go back to school, really.

1) What's the best trip you've ever taken? Why?
Hmmm...last two trips to Canada were pretty farking amazing! :D
2) What's the worst trip you've ever taken? Why?
Plane ride to Airforce Boot Camp. I felt like I had sold my soul to the company store...man...I was having some serious "what the fark am I getting myself into here" thoughts the whole flight, and I felt totally alone. Once there I was just one nervous kid in a whole pack of them...all of us in the same boat so the "alone" feelings went away and I settled pretty easy into the routine.
3) Ever used a dating service? Best and worst experiences.
Yes...all experiences were "ok". No "relationship" ever resulted. Longest experience with anyone was like 4 dates before we determined we were on different paths.
4) What's your favorite "urban legend"?
Heh...I love the answer above..."Democracy".
5) What do you think of "open relationships" (i.e., married but allowed to be physically intimate with others)? Would you feel differently if the marriage produced children?
It takes all kinds, of course, but I would not be OK with that. I want one woman who wants only me.
6) Should we give criminals, if they are proven to be able to handle this level of responsibility, the option to serve in the armed forces to work off some of their "debt to society"?
Setting a precedent like that for "good prisoners" just opens the door for abuse and letting every psychopath criminal get a crack at it...NO WAY. And how is being a paid (potential) Killer working off a Debt to society??? How bout "letting" them refurbish Ghetto's to pay off their debt to society...or something similarly constructive that actually contributes to society.
7) You have ten minutes to spend $10,000. What do you buy?
$10,000 $ worth of nice Diamonds...see next question.
8) You have one day off work and unlimited funds. What do you do?
Buy every diamond in the San Francisco Bay area...cuz they hold their value pretty well... so I can resell them and live off of the proceeds.
9) Do you know how to sew? When did you learn, and what was the first thing you made?
yes...putting buttons back on shite and sewing on patches was the eariest thing I remember, in my late teens in the military...first "thing" I ever made was a very nice bed liner for my pickup truck out of carpet scrap using dental floss for thread...it is 7 years old and still in great shape...comfy to sleep on and great padding for my telescope gear on road trips. First actual garment was my BB Band costume shirt and hat.
10) When you retire, do you plan to just relax, or are you going to keep working?
Retire...hahahahahaha.....sob. [/B]

it all depends on the partnership. me, i'm all for it, but that's the type of person i am.
6) Should we give criminals, if they are proven to be able to handle this level of responsibility, the option to serve in the armed forces to work off some of their "debt to society"?

1) What's the best trip you've ever taken? Why? It was a church camp in Orr, Minnesota. During my two week stay, we did a backpacking/canoeing trip up into Canada. It was absolutely amazing on so many levels.
2) What's the worst trip you've ever taken? Why? One of the many druggie trips I took with my ex-boyfriend up to his hometown so he could hang out with his druggie friends and stay up all night being a druggie. It sucked.
3) Ever used a dating service? Best and worst experiences. Yes. Hmmm. Well, both relationships ended, so I don't know how good that could be. Actually, I met someone who ended up being a really great friend, then a boyfriend, then a great friend again. So that was a good experience. I've had a couple of bad experiences with lyin' dogs who would say anything just to have sex with me. Wasn't happening.
4) What's your favorite "urban legend"? It's really grose. I wouldn't actually call it a "favorite" but maybe the most disgustingly intriguing. The one where the lady uses a lobster as a sex object and then....
5) What do you think of "open relationships" (i.e., married but allowed to be physically intimate with others)? Would you feel differently if the marriage produced children? Not for me. I think there's always one person in the relationship who gets the short end of the stick. And if neither of you feels enough for the other to not want to share, what's the point of having the relationship?
6) Should we give criminals, if they are proven to be able to handle this level of responsibility, the option to serve in the armed forces to work off some of their "debt to society"? I don't know about the armed forces, but they should be doing something productive.
7) You have ten minutes to spend $10,000. What do you buy? I think I'd pay off my bills.
8) You have one day off work and unlimited funds. What do you do? Only one day? Damn! That's not enough time to travel Europe!
9) Do you know how to sew? When did you learn, and what was the first thing you made? Yep. When I was really young. I think I made barbie clothes.
10) When you retire, do you plan to just relax, or are you going to keep working? I plan to travel if I have any money.

1) What's the best trip you've ever taken? Why?
Six weeks in Japan and China. Dunno, nothing special happened, just good people, good food, good fun.
2) What's the worst trip you've ever taken? Why?
Nothing stands out particlularly. Being bored witless on several long road trips as a child in the family car, I suppose.
3) Ever used a dating service? Best and worst experiences.
No.
4) What's your favorite "urban legend"?
Dunno.
5) What do you think of "open relationships" (i.e., married but allowed to be physically intimate with others)? Would you feel differently if the marriage produced children?
Don't really make any sense to me, emotionally. A friend of mine was in one for a time, but it was really a sham because it was just him being allowed to pursue other women and her being given the ultimatum to accept it or get dumped. Their relationship was a classic case of him continually maintaining her low self-esteem. Eventually she called his bluff. Eventually they separated.
6) Should we give criminals, if they are proven to be able to handle this level of responsibility, the option to serve in the armed forces to work off some of their "debt to society"?
No.
7) You have ten minutes to spend $10,000. What do you buy?
Oh, the big screen digital TV I suppose. Or a $10K gift voucher at the bookstore.
8) You have one day off work and unlimited funds. What do you do?
That's just crazy!
9) Do you know how to sew? When did you learn, and what was the first thing you made?
I can put a button back on. :D
10) When you retire, do you plan to just relax, or are you going to keep working?
I think I'll get a yard with a shed, buy a nice warm cardigan and potter around for a while. :)

I may even take up the pipe.

4) What's your favorite "urban legend"?
don't really know any, but the lobster one sounds pretty gruesome.
5) What do you think of "open relationships" (i.e., married but allowed to be physically intimate with others)? Would you feel differently if the marriage produced children?
i'm not much of one for long term relationships, especially not marriage, just because i don't think i'm ready to be faithful to one person. when i do get round to it though (in 50or 60 years say) i think i'd like it to be a one to one thing.
6) Should we give criminals, if they are proven to be able to handle this level of responsibility, the option to serve in the armed forces to work off some of their "debt to society"?
criminal & armed forces are two things that don't sound right together.
7) You have ten minutes to spend $10,000. What do you buy?
mmm, probably a travel pass for round the world for leo & i (what d'you mean that doesn't exist?? shhhh, i'm dreaming here, ok?) & someone to animal-sit while we're gone.
8) You have one day off work and unlimited funds. What do you do?
i'd go out & buy the house that's for sale in my village (still dreaming, i know it takes months to buy a house) & shop till i drop for stuff to go in it, clothes for leo & i, prezzies for all my mates... & donate as much as can to as many different charities as i can find.
9) Do you know how to sew? When did you learn, and what was the first thing you made?
hmm, that's the whole needle & thread business isn't it. pass, next question.
10) When you retire, do you plan to just relax, or are you going to keep working?
soo far away, so many things to get through before i'm there. would love to travel. would love to look after the grandkids & take them to the science museum in london. as long as i can carry on learning new stuff then i'll be happy.

1) What's the best trip you've ever taken? Why?
NYC last fall. :)
2) What's the worst trip you've ever taken? Why?
Superior, Thanksgiving 2001
3) Ever used a dating service? Best and worst experiences.
No.
4) What's your favorite "urban legend"?
Forward this email to 500 people & you can get a free gift certificate to Applebee's or The GAP, or Bill Gates will send you a check.
5) What do you think of "open relationships" (i.e., married but allowed to be physically intimate with others)? Would you feel differently if the marriage produced children?
Why make it legal then? Isn't the whole point of getting married to legally prohibit your partner from f*cking other people, forever?
6) Should we give criminals, if they are proven to be able to handle this level of responsibility, the option to serve in the armed forces to work off some of their "debt to society"?
Operation Human Shield? Dunno.
7) You have ten minutes to spend $10,000. What do you buy?
Either a car or a bigger apartment. Or both. :) Nice down payment on a newer car, then a bigger apt. Also, pay off some bills. :(
8) You have one day off work and unlimited funds. What do you do?
I pay off my bills, with a big F*CK YOU enclosed to a certain credit card company. ;) I buy a new car. I prepay the rent for a year on a bigger apartment. I prepay my gym membership for the next 5 years. This takes 2 hours. At 10am, Six Flags Great America opens!!! My GBF & I go there & hit every roller coaster. For dinner we fly to NYC & meet up w/Ms NYC herself for martinis & steaks. Then we hit Chelsea w/my GBF.
9) Do you know how to sew? When did you learn, and what was the first thing you made?
Yes. When I was about 6. I sewed my own patches on my Girl Scout sash.
10) When you retire, do you plan to just relax, or are you going to keep working?
Good Lord, I don't want to think about this. W/the way this country is going, Social Security will be in the toilet, I will most likely have to work until I'm 90.

1) What's the best trip you've ever taken? Why?
I have soo many.. but I think going to England last year was great. It was so amazing to see where my mum grew up. Oh yeah.. and all those Harry Potter sites were super fun.
2) What's the worst trip you've ever taken? Why?
I would have to say India because I was just so ill. It is a beautiful place, but if you go in the wrong places and eat the wrong food.. you could get really sick. I lost about 35 pounds, vomitted every other hour, and was certain that I had malaria. It was a neat experience though.. I look forward to going back.
3) Ever used a dating service? Best and worst experiences.
Nope.
4) What's your favorite "urban legend"?
I don't have one
5) What do you think of "open relationships" (i.e., married but allowed to be physically intimate with others)? Would you feel differently if the marriage produced children?
I don't really like open relationships.. if you're married but want to be physically intimate with others.. then what's the point of being married?
6) Should we give criminals, if they are proven to be able to handle this level of responsibility, the option to serve in the armed forces to work off some of their "debt to society"?
hmm.. I have conflicting feelings.. but I don't think so.. when a person commits a cime.. he is essentially giving up a lot of things (i.e. voting) I think serving in the armed forces is a privilege
7) You have ten minutes to spend $10,000. What do you buy?
*I would either go to Toys R Us and buy all sorts of toys (to give to the orphanage)
OR
*I would go to Costco and buy TONS of food (to give to homeless shelters)
8) You have one day off work and unlimited funds. What do you do?
Go buy nice warm sweaters and a bunch of food.. then I would go to the soup kitchen/shelter and cook food and give out clothes.
9) Do you know how to sew? When did you learn, and what was the first thing you made?
Yes I do know how to sew. I learned when I was fairly young.. 4 I believe.. I sewed various things for my grandmother.

1) What's the best trip you've ever taken? Why?
My honeymoon. We went to Ireland, Scotland and London. We had the best time in Ireland. We drove around and got lost in the Burren, found our way out and ended up at a Pub with live music and a barmaid who had just visited Austin.
2) What's the worst trip you've ever taken? Why?
To Lake Tahoe in a crumbling relationship.
3) Ever used a dating service? Best and worst experiences.

4) What's your favorite "urban legend"?
5) What do you think of "open relationships" (i.e., married but allowed to be physically intimate with others)? Would you feel differently if the marriage produced children?
I think they are not for me. I'm waaay too jealous for that shite.
6) Should we give criminals, if they are proven to be able to handle this level of responsibility, the option to serve in the armed forces to work off some of their "debt to society"?
hmm, why give them a gun. Couldn't they work off their debt learning a skill.
7) You have ten minutes to spend $10,000. What do you buy?
CDs not the musical kind.
8) You have one day off work and unlimited funds. What do you do?
I go shopping for my house, Mr Red, my family and for a car or two.
9) Do you know how to sew? When did you learn, and what was the first thing you made?
Not really. I got a sewing badge in Girl Scouts, but I don't remember using a machine to get it.

I plan on stargazing with Mr Red and growing nice garden.
