Sick on Thanksgiving

I'm sick.

My lungs apparently are unhappy with their station in life and have resolved to try their chances out on the open road.

the house is a wreck, friends coming over in 6 hours

what's my motivation?

To enjoy yourself the best that you can (feeling the way that you do) with those you love and care for.
Just think: you are in your own home. You could have been stuck with the "chaos" at the neighbor's house on top of being sick.

Hope your day is the wonderful despite your illness.

kick your feet up FT and hit a confederate screwdriver. after a few of those (takes more for me, but i'm a confederate) you won't even realize you have lungs and you'll be too numb to remember you're sick.

Awww! I'm so sorry....

When I'm sick I often go to Trader Joe's and get their ginger echinacea lemonade, heat it up in the microwave and feel the goodness steaming out my sickness :D
