I wish they would toss babs in with the deal, but apparently slavery is out. So, I will just have to settle with the house.

Having two bathrooms will be cool, if my offer is accepted. You should see them though. Good lord, whoever came up with the color schemes should be shot. That is o.k., I can redecorate, but lime green and pink, and teal? ***SHUDDER***** And it is ok, because the rest of the house makes up for it.

I imagine the heat bill is going to be about the same it is at my house. Maybe a little better since the windows and furnace are about five years old.

I got it, it is mine. A little dickering had to be done. But, I got it at the right price, and take possession Dec. 23, and I have to give up mine on the 27th. Four whole days to move! I am relieved about having this much time.

And, I have some money after I put down the down to buy new furniture! Let the shopping commence!

Mom and Dad called me an offered to buy me a washer and dryer as a Christmas/Birthday present. I told them they did not have to spend that much money, but they insisted. Kind of cool. Funny that I am excited about getting appliances for Christmas, but I am.
