A co-worker left me a gift on my desk on Xmas Eve, and everyone complained that I wouldnt open it. I told them it was against the law to open a gift before Xmas Day.
I know this is true because as a small boy I crept downstairs one Xmas, and I stopped before I opened the living room door, because I heard my mummy pleading with Santa.
She kept begging him to "Give it to me!" and "I want it now!" and she was really getting anxious. But Santa obviously was having none of her nonsense and it sounded like he was spanking her for being naughty, and he kept on saying "Who's your Santa?", "Who's your Father Xmas, bitch?". And she kept on wanting to open her present and saying "Give it to me Santa!".
I was scared.
I went back to bed to hide, and promised from then on NEVER to open a present before Xmas Day. Nosiree.

i have just spent 4 hours of my life volunteering a bingo session for my kid's school. seems as if her school runs 3 bingo sessions a week in this shit-hole part of town so these folks, like the people in the pic below, can waste their welfare and social security disability checks for the allure of a "big payday"....

http://www.bindlestiff.org/img/bingo.jpg http://www.resourcesforseniors.com/images/tlcpix/bingo.jpg

so there i am, in the middle of nowhere, watching these hundreds of people with very few teeth go all fear and loathing all over their bingo cards and scarfing down plates full of catfish. not a pretty sight, monkeys. i am going to take about 6 showers tonight to scrub it all off of me.......

I didn't want to admit it, but I too have experienced rural-small-town Bingo Night (Pawhuska Oklahoma). On a trip to my Ex's home town, I was 'sent' out with the lady-folk one night.

Pretty scary, they all had good luck charms, brought their own Bingo cushions, cutsie lil' daubers (I think they're called). I'm convinced they're aliens from another planet that use Bingo as a cover for their secret-society meetings. This would explain alot about my ex-husb as well.

On the other hand, if you HAVE to do this Beale, you might consider getting into the bingo spirit with this:

Leave your options open; you may get fed up w/the judicial system ..."Beales House O' Bingo" :)

There is a store like that right down the street from where I live! It's the wierdest thing, it's open all year long and it's a Christmas store, but it's in between a bunch of car repair shops!

I was getting my oil changed one day and decided to walk around and all there all around there is a bunch of dirty car places..so I saw a store and ducked in there and it was a winter wonderland in the middle of summer! There wasn't anyone else in there except for a couple of old people that worked there! It tripped me out!!

I just found out something crazy. Elvis (see pic attached) was born on the
anniversary of Princess Diana's death and Diana had some sort of bizarre
infatuation with Elvis Presley which inspired one of her most famous dresses
that sold for the most money at her auction which was bought by a family
member of the family that bred Elvis....all this unbenknownst to the
original owners of Elvis who actually name him after Elvis Costello who has
a daughter named Diana who named her kitten Princess. Too weird. I've
always said that Elvis was the people's puppy.
