Going to mass today
Driving out to Lake Michigan and seeing three crazy dudes doing this wind surfing thing. They were attached to surf boards, but had these para sailing kites. They were lifted right into the sky, about 20 feet up in the air. It was fun to watch them having fun.
Dinner, my friend is a good cook. He will surely make me fat!

well, that's basically it...
Make thin pancakes, fill them with spinach (can be fresh cooked spinach, or from a freezerbag), add small chunks of feta, and add chunks of baked or grilled chicken filet.
roll 'm up, and you're set. Enjoy!
