Do you have a good Bombay gin martini recipe?

Unfortunately, no. My martinis always go like this:

Pour the gin in a frozen shaker with ice. Add some olive juice.
Meanwhile, drizzle vermouth in a glass, pour out.
Shake the shit out of the shaker, drain into glass.
Add three olives.

I don't know about that. Vermouth is kinda thick and looks a little oily sometimes when compared to the gin/vodka poured in it, especially if it's chilled or poured into an ice-cold glass.

I don't find it essential to a good martini unless you're a martini connoseur - the taste is subtle.

For me, it's the olives that make the difference. I like mine dirty.

I'm a simple drinker. I consistently imbibe the following:

1. Maker's Mark whiskey (an excellent, smooth, slightly sweet bourbon whiskey)
2. Bud Light (3.2 beer in Oklahoma, so don't expect me to drink like a rock star in any 6.0 state)
3. Red Stripe beer (nicely skunky and dark)
4. Negro Modelo beer (good and yeasty)
5. Patron tequila (when I'm feeling expensive)

I tried the blue cheese stuffed olives. They had a tasting with a different olive to go with each wine. Blue cheese ones pretty much taste like you'd expect. Like delicious vascular ischemia.

Here at Wild Oats you can get these little jars of blue cheese packed in olive oil, they've got lots of yellow-red-and-back peppercorns, and a little bit of sage and garlic.

Make a bloody mary like thus:

2 shots vodka
1/2 beer
1 cup tomato juice
1 pepperonicini pepper + juice
some pickle juice
little bit of Louisiana hot sauce
Spike or Seasoned Salt
Garlic powder
fresh ground pepper
3-5 olives

Serve it with a little plate of ^that^ blue cheese, some pickled green tomatoes, a few carrots, more olives, and some celery.

Watch your guests orgasm.
