.... advising all allergy sufferers that the way to keep ahead of your symptoms is to take an allergy med EVERY day like clockwork...due to fluctuations in pollen levels through out the day, it's better not to 'take as needed'. My son has horrible allergies, takes Singulair AND Zyrtec daily. See your doc, there's some terrific nasal sprays now too - don't have to suffer like the 'old' days :)
