Can you find cable shows?
How about The Sopranos and Oz. They both sound good, although I've never seen either of them. I'm one of those freaky people who don't have cable t.v.

daverbee 03-29-2004 04:34 PM

Monster House
Mythbusters
Monarch of the Glen (BBC America)
The Sopranos
Deadwood
Monk
Law and Order (In all it's incarnations)

Willow Sylph 03-29-2004 04:56 PM

Oh yeah - Deadwood. I love westerns. daverbee - is that one good?

Coffee 03-29-2004 05:05 PM

I recently discovered that even with no antenna and no cable I can get one station, the local PBS station...so once a blue moon I turn on tube and watch whatever is on it ...usually stuppppiiiiidddd british comedies (are you being served, keeping up appearances...ick)

or a nova program.

I acutually caught a George Harrison tribute a couple nights ago that was really cool.
