here is a picture i didn't take of mighty oil platforms off the coast of scotland suggesting other-worldly robots illuminated in the blackness of the north-sea night as my helicopter was flying due east at two thousand feet above the raging waves

here's a picture i missed of an elderly man in an orange "SECURITY GUARD" raincoat looking glum and pushing a shopping trolley across a pedestrian crossing. as you can't see, the trolley is filled with three large boxes bearing the word "socks"

the way i was standing made the reflection look like the tractor was coming out of my butt.

now, here's one i never took at teh mcvities biscuit factory in high wycombe of a mannequin with a motorised mouth to test the amount of crumbs biscuits produce. it's called the "crumb test dummy" and tests which baking techniques produce the most crumbs









and then seconds later i did not take this one:









it's not of liz ashdown - mcvitie's brand manager - just after she'd said something like "eating lots of biscuits is obviously an enjoyable prospect for most people but we haven't yet found a human who can test on this scale,"
