i saw a swan on my way to work this morning.

he spread his wings, covered a distance running on the water and took off. reminded me of someone who would enjoy this very much.

rmr forgive me, i'm sorry. i just reread what i wrote above and now realise it may have sounded quite harsh and uncaring. i honestly don't know what i was thinking about - it just sort of came out that way. maybe i was preoccupied with my own teatime or something - you know how it can get.
