When I was a kid, we didn't have a microwave for long after absolutely everyone else did. (Actually, I don't have one now...) Once, when a friend of mine was over for lunch and found we didn't have one, she asked with totally innocent incredulity, "But how do you cook hot dogs?!?"

Best thing to come out of the 80s, easy. I couldn't find a good clip, but the style of the trailer is amusing in and of itself.
