Someone posted a video this past week that I can't find again - maybe it's in another thread. It has two geeky boys - tall one in front and I think wearing a red shirt and of course I can't remember the song:o . Anyone remember this or am I crazy?

To tell you the truth, I am not sure I was at that particular party or not, but it was at a farm and it was around 80-81.
The Embarrassment are a band from Wichita, KS. They started up this band in response to the fact that there was only pop music playing on the stations that were available in KS at the end of the 70s. Southern Rock and the End of Disco was all there was to hear except for the rare Ramones and other punk albums that would end up in there fortunate hands. They are one of pioneers of independent music and a rare one at that being from a place that would never allow them to get any national attention. They did get enough attention to open up for the Ramones and other indi bands that toured through the Mid-West.

Actually, they have comited to a come back, or aleast have pulled themselves together from thier geographically scattered lives, to do reunion shows. Still looks like they might be doing it for fun cause even though they have a big following in the Midwest, It would take some luck for something to come about that would give them national attention.
