ranza 09-18-2002 01:46 AM

nope.. i have the sound track too ... and i have the computer game, i have 4 stuffed spongebob's, i have a license plate frame on my car of spongebob, i have a spongebob wallet, 2 spongebob tins, a spongebob lunch pail, 2 spongebob badge holders, 3 spongebob tshirts, 2 pairs of spongebob pj pants, and both spongebob dvds, spongebob lollipop spinner, spongebob earrings, necklace, hair elastics and about 3 dozen stickers ......

Unregistered 09-18-2002 01:55 AM

i am so obviously outclassed here....

any other shows of the cartoonish persuasion you find amusing?

ranza 09-18-2002 02:06 AM

i like Ren & Stimpy, Rocket Power, Hey Arnold, The Brak Show, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Rocko's Modern Life, Fairly OddParents, Doug, AHH Real Monsters, The Oblongs ... heh ... i like cartoons more than normal tv ...

:D

heh

NekoPunk 09-18-2002 02:08 AM

but... i thought cartoons ~were~ normal TV.... :D

ranza 09-18-2002 02:11 AM

to me they are ... heh heh ... but i think most people my age and older wouldnt consider it normal ... iiiiii dunno ... :)

NekoPunk 09-18-2002 02:14 AM

bah ^_^ the world is boring without cartoons. otaku make the world go round!! plus, you can never be too old for animation. my uncle is 46 and he still watches bugs bunny religiously. it's all good. ^_~

Whatever happened to these cartoons? I've missed them for such a long time

Frieda 09-18-2002 11:17 AM

Eek the Cat

is one of my personal favorites :D

ShiMegami 09-18-2002 03:20 PM

But...

You're totally ignoring Cartoon Network...except I caught Aqua Teen Hungerforce...Ed, Edd, and Eddy! Johnny Bravo! The list goes on...and on...and someone has to mention anime somewhere! My guilty pleasure anime show's Yu-Gi-Oh...sure it's targeted towards ten year olds, but if it's good, it's good...right? o_o

ranza 09-18-2002 05:17 PM

ahh real monsters, ren & stimpy, rockos modern life, doug and other nick toons like those are on the channel Nick Toons TV .. its all nick toons all day ... its pretty cool ..

also .. i love adult swim on the cartoon network on sunday nights, and cowboy bebop on saturday.. thats the only anime i like ...

:D

Ren and Stimpy rule the free nation, while the simpsons are a close second - wait, reverse that.

brittykitty 09-18-2002 06:33 PM

sponge bob makes me sad that i'm not in a coma, safe from talking sponge cartoons and werewolves.

NekoPunk 09-18-2002 07:15 PM

ahhh.... anime. i love it. the only problem is most otaku are .... well.. losers. i'm one, i admit it. cowboy bebop, trigun, love hina, lupin III, *sigh* ^_^ yeah, anime is good. that's not to say, though, that i don't absolutely love american cartoons as well! we need to petition for Rocko's Modern Life to come back. does anyone remember Dinosaurs? (not really a cartoon, but along the same lines... i was just wondering...)

Katie-cat 09-18-2002 07:33 PM

For Ren & Stimpy fans: http://www.concentric.net/~skarper/rands.html#webpage.

lapietra 09-18-2002 11:08 PM

Speaking of anime....

Hayao Myazaki rocks my world!!! So sad when Disney bought the rights to his stuff....I know why they did it.... he blew them outta the water!!! They still haven't caught up... Not even with "Lilo and Stich" tho' that was pretty good..

NekoPunk 09-19-2002 01:21 AM

i love myazaki!!

lilo and stitch made up a little... at least the girl had some meat on her, ne? and lilo... she was totally me when i was 5. ^__^

lapietra 09-19-2002 09:19 PM

Ace and Gary

Must say, if The Ambiguously Gay Duo was a regular cartoon instead of an intermittent SNL feature, they would top my list of cartoons to watch

beckstra 09-26-2002 04:02 PM

As Told By Ginger, Braceface, Spongebob, Dexter's Laboratory, Pepper Ann, Recess, (the old) Doug, Roco's Modern Life, Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego...and soooooo many more.

beyondzeek 09-27-2002 04:54 PM

Ace and Gary!!

I would give an arm to see regular episodes of the Duo...

elizawinter 09-29-2002 10:49 PM

Well, it wasn't a cartoon but it was in Nickelodeon. Does anyone remember the Adventures of Pete and Pete. Best ever. Seriously.

NekoPunk 09-29-2002 11:26 PM

i didn't appreciate it when it was out.. i was too young. but now, i think it's possibly one of the funniest things to come out of nick.
