Any idea why I cannot upload this pic as na avatar on this forum? Some help please?

Can't help you except to say that I have the same problem. If you learn the trick, please pass it on.

I also have the same problem - no avatar, no title under name, no private messages, no post editing and no creating threads. Frieda said we need to have our user status changed to 'Monkey' and to email Ze. I did but haven't heard back. Maybe someone else could try and include all 3 of our names?

Nevermind, I guess we can create threads - since you just did.

I'v joined recently and have the same symptoms. It's extremely annoying I can't edit my posts. When I worked as a shark-repellent tester, something went awfully wrong and now I have to type with my toes. And it's not only typos...

I can't PM anyone, which is a kind of hindrance when I want to remind Angry Kid Hoyt to remebmer to put a new sentence in the Remember thread.

Yeah, and an avatar would be nice, too.

Maybe some of the saints could intercede... :rolleyes:

As to the other issue:
Maybe Ze just thinks you newbies aren't worthy.
Did you send him candy or racy pictures of yourself?

Just kidding. Anyway I can't send Ze anything, because I can't PM him. Maybe I could deliver candies in person, but I'm afraid of swimming across the Atlantic (or is it the Pacific?) because of the sharks.

Well, I tried really hard, Thyroid Yank or Thyroid yang, depending whether you're American or Chinese, but I can't do both (I guess Thyroid Yank/g doesn't work), which makes me go hide under my bed and bury my face in shame mixed with dust bunnies and mite exoskeletons.
