Here is the Answer, now you come up with the Question.

Some of you may know this game. Given the answer, you must come up with a clever question. Let's try one.

And the answer is: Dreadlocks, sandals, and a tie.

The/A "question" which might possibly relate to the above "answer": What distinguishes this thread from the "Ask a question, then Answer a new one!" thread?

And an answer: Not so very much.

Unless I am mistaken, this is a different idea. Some examples of the game I had in mind:

And the Answer is: Washington Irving
A clever question might be: Who was the first President, Sam?

And the Answer is: Clams Marinara, Beef Stroganoff, and Frog Legs Sautee.
Question: Can you give me the names of three infamous gangsters?

So, let's have a question for the answer: Dreadlocks, sandals, and a tie

What would still do just as well over in the Ask a Question, then Answer a New One thread, Mr. Rasta Businessman? :D

Two threads, many similarities, one frustrated zemonkey

lukkucairi 07-18-2008 06:27 PM

what's with the yarn selection over at pearly's house today?

yeah, I know, I KNOW!

MoJoRiSin 07-18-2008 06:29 PM

So similar it was basically a tie.

the image that came in my mind was Moses (Zeus?)...... didn't they wear some sort of tie belt thingy? ;)

What do you call that thing that holds your robe together anyway... I occasionally loose mine .... ;0)

Brynn 07-18-2008 06:36 PM

^^Did you know that you're a know-it-all, Lukku ?:D

An old idea flashes, and finds itself ahead of its time.

ETA: whoops, double post. but since we're going stream of consciousness here, I guess a missing bathrobe tie can result in flashing. What's out ahead is anyone's guess.

What do YOU order from the concierge when you've brought an okapi back up to your room?

Brynn 07-19-2008 07:02 PM

Okay, like, now you've got to, you know, have an answer.

Right?

Please oh please don't send me to Wyoming!

Marcus Bales 07-19-2008 07:57 PM

Red, white, and blue.
