If someone truly wants to start posting here
all they would need to do would be to write ze
(at his email address)
a 500+ word essay on why they would be worthy :)
then, at his leisure, h(z)e could review them
say once a moth on the eighth of the month
or something like that....

and when *newperson started posting
they could mention that they had been *reborn ??
(not sure about lingo here)
and introduce themselves as ones who have
taken up others identities
and thus be accepted into the community

in that way :)
