Simple sandwiches but looking for a fancy one. Any ideas?

grilled chicken with coriander mayo, lettuce & tomato?

note: put the tomato ON the grilled cheese or you will burn your mouth, the tomatoes are hot as hell underneath the cheese.

and use real cheese, gouda 40+

ham, brie and rocket lettuce

REAL ham, not the pink painted kind with sugar.

goat cheese, honey & pine nuts (in the oven under the grill)

cheese, onion, green and red peppers

Grill the bread with olive oil instead of butter.

grilled cheese for grown ups: brie, fresh mozzarella, a little feta, lots of avocado, and grilled red peppers on como bread.

The Flamingo:
crusty multigrain in the toaster oven to melt pepper jack, add avocado, sprouts, and tapenade...

oooh la la.

Nope!! I like mine plain so I can dunk it into a mug of tomato soup on a cold, snowy winter day.
