I believe it. I've been er... seen people doing all manner of silly things and weaving.

Putting on eyeliner, reading the paper, cleaning a gun... eating anything you can think to eat, and a few you can't :-/

i was on my way to work one morning, and there was a huge traffic jam on the freeway, everyone was standing still.. one dude was brushing his teeth, he took a sip of water, and when he opened the door to spit it out a guy on a motorcycle drove straight into his door.. weird things happen in traffic!
