I had something like that happen to me with one of my moochy exes... I kept getting calls for him at my place (he didn't have his own phone for awhile I guess). I politely passed on the first few, and then, after I'd asked him to call everyone he'd given my number to and give them his new number, and kept getting calls, I'd engage them in conversations about him. (I'll leave it to your imagination what kinds of things we'd talk about. ;))
