need 70s party ideas before friday!!
 

we're hosting a 70s party at the hockey club this friday, but i don't have an outfit!!

what to wear? help me!

i can't rent a costume because we'll be bartending and cleaning the puke and usually those companies want the clothing back in one piece.. or two.. you know what i mean..

hip huggers, bellbottoms, platform shoes, lots of glitter, a tank top or any top with a crazy pattern on it. Big feathered hair. Lots of eye shadow.

Flair/Bell bottoms. . . halter tops, beads. . uhm. . yeah. . :D

where on earth would i get a decent pair of bellbottoms?? it's not like they sell those things here now because they are so hip! :D

1 pair of fake eyelashes
green & light blue eyeshadow
lipgloss

Yes. Do you have a feather boa? And glitter. You need lots of glitter. And gold lame anything.

As for bell bottoms you can look at some vintage shops? Second-hand stores? Or just some really big flair cut jeans.

I concur. You can't have too much glittery make-up. And really glossy lipstick!

Your eyelids need to glitter. I am the master artist of this.

You need loose glitter. The stuff that's not in gel. Q-tips and vaseline. After you do your makeup and put the fake lashes on put a thin layer of vaseline on your eyelids with the q-tip. Then dip the same vaselined side of the q-tip in your loose glitter and dap it on your lids. You will sparkle! And the glittler doesn't go in your eyes this way.
