ah beer,
the reason and solution to all lifes problems

anyway, went down to the woods again after a fresh frost and brought the dog :)

shes a bit of a stupid dog, gets *really* excited when she goes for a walk.
she doesnt really understand ice, therefore she barks at it when it cracks underneath her, once cracked its "dead" so she takes it piece by piece onto the grass.
i think she heard an echo of herself here. :)

this is an old well thats beside the lake, built waaaaaay way back in time. some sort of ancient thingy.

...lovely...cute dog, too. Nice moment...

I can't wait to get my hands on a digital SLR camera. I deserve it. I want a NIKON D100!. Santa, can you hear me?

I love all of your pictures!
Where is the pictures taken, panda?
Your photo's look very pro, NYC.
I love beer too, Deviate. So much that I could photograph and drink it every day.

lapietra 01-14-2003 05:08 PM

oooooooo - Wow! extremely cool.

That would be a fun hall to walk through every day...

What a place. . .

No kidding! I'm jealous that you work in such a wonderful looking environment. It must be inspiring. :)

ProfessionalGun 01-14-2003 06:30 PM

Bling Bling? :)

I was just testing the macro function of my camera, and I thought this turned out pretty well. Fun with diamonds! (though- this one could easily be fake. . . I don't know how to tell!)

ProfessionalGun 01-14-2003 08:17 PM

Thank you! Though manufactured, I'm afraid. I took that in a dark basement with a shadeless lamp carefully positioned beneath the pane of glass that the earring is sitting on. I love playing with light- but I'm far from mastering the craft! What's next. . . . . :)

ProfessionalGun 01-14-2003 09:38 PM

NYC, those sound like great tricks! Due to a rapidly declining patience and a strong temptation for instant gratification, I've gone away from film photography and ventured into digital. My dark room is Photoshop. :) My camera is modest, so I'll have trouble with some of those slow shutter tricks (16 seconds, max- though that shouldn't be too limiting) - but what fantastic ideas! I'm going to have to give them a try and see how they work out. Here's something else for fun. . . a simplistic exploration of hidden intent. . . .
