Okay, okay. Thanks for the reality check. I was kind of thinking of things more in the line of lighting up rolls of toilet paper in hotel rooms when I'm travelling alone and bored, but mishaps do happen.
(goes to bathroom to throw up).

Heh, it's not the thread and it isn't you, it's a reflection of my own thoughts!

Here, some fireworks for you to calm your stomach, Brynn:

RatMan and his friends were terrible little pyros as kids, always making bolt bombs and whatnot. One of his buddies had a mouthful of butane on a windy day, and couldn't get his lighter to spark... so he turned his face into the corner made by two brick walls... and WHOOSH! No more eyebrows or nose hair. He was very surprised.

Another time, he and his friends were making wicks for some explosive home project. They had a bowl of gunpowder on the kitchen table and were hanging wicks up to dry on a string above it. One clever boy decided to check if the wicks were dry, so he held his lighter up to one and sparked it.

While they all watched aghast, the spark dropped to the bowl and ignited the gunpowder. It boiled up and over in a mass of black smoke, and they fled out the door. When they returned, the bowl had gone through the table, and through the kitchen floor, and left a smoking smudge on the basement concrete.

They didn't see that boy again for a long time.

Sorry - I've been a wee bit combustible myself lately, taking every single little thing way too personally. Maybe a little crack will just take the edge off...ahhh, that's better. Thanks for the pretty pictures, folks. :o

I'm driving in my car
I turn on the radio

I'm pulling you close
you just say no.
You say you don't like it
but girl I know you're a liar

'Cause when we kiss - Fire!

Late at night I'm taking you home

When I say I wanna stay
you say you wanna be alone.
You say you don't love me
girl you can't hide your desire

And when we kiss - Fire!

You had a hold on me right from the start

There's a grip so tight I couldn't tear it apart.
My nerves all jumping acting like a fool

Your kisses they burn but your heart stays cool.

Romeo and Juliet
Samson and Delilah

Baby you can bet their love they didn't deny.
Your words say split but your words they lie

'Cause when we kiss - Fire! Fire!
Burning in my soul
it's out of control!

Burning down the house

Watch out
You might get what you’re after
Cool babies
Strange but not a stranger
I’m an ordinary guy
Burning down the house

Hold tight wait till the party’s over
Hold tight we’re in for nasty weather
There has got to be a way
Burning down the house

Here’s your ticket pack your bag: time for jumpin’ overboard
The transportation is here
Close enough but not too far, maybe you know where you are
Fightin’ fire with fire

All wet
Hey you might need a raincoat
Shakedown
Dreams walking in broad daylight
Three hun-dred six-ty five de-grees
Burning down the house

It was once upon a place sometimes I listen to myself
Gonna come in first place
People on their way to work baby what did you except
Gonna burst into flame

My house
S’out of the ordinary
That’s might
Don’t want to hurt nobody
Some things sure can sweep me off my feet
Burning down the house

No visible means of support and you have not seen nuthin’ yet
Everything’s stuck together
I don’t know what you expect starring into the tv set
Fighting fire with fire
