riddle
what is it?
it was the name of a king, whose victory by a river led to 400 years of bad music and violence. it is an edible item named by some after the country where the first firework was ignited. it was the symbol of support for a poison victim. (for frieda) it was on the shirt worn by an 80's dreadlocked hero who worked for a dodgy italian politician. first correct one word answer gets to set the next one..... :) |
um um um we've had several 80s dreadlocked heroes but i think i know who you mean.. pfft stinking riddle!
|
No kidding! I'm usually good with this sort of thing but I'm pretty stumped... :o
|
ok now i know what was on his shirt, but even if i match a king to that, i can't see the connection with something edible!
|
think of 'on the shirt' in the widest possible sense.
i thought it was too easy! :) |
so there's a king.. still confused about the edible part.. or maybe that's supposed to be weird?
edited to add: there's a front and backside! anyway, i think i've figured it out. BUT-- the king's name is made of two words.. but my guess is that the thing on the rasta hero's shirt is just a clue for 2nd other word, which is the fireworks thingy right? that's the answer to the riddle, right RIGHT? |
am i making sense?
|
sounds like you're getting a bit too deep there frieda!
