I have an empty studio apartment in downtown manhattan with no furniture that can house 1 to 2 families for up to 10 days. There is a kitchen and some utensils. Please only respond if you are a hurricane victim. Families with children preferred.

There are places around Houston where evacuees can go to get info like this. Several churches are taking names of people and matching them with housing.

those gay only / white only ads are pretty weird.. there's even one that only wants to accept a russian student!
