2005

for me it was pretty good (since you're asking).

album came out
liverpool triumphant

It sucked.

Big Time.

Apart from this:

which was way cool.

2005 was a year of utter turmoil for me

left a 25 year career
moved to a new state

there were some high points though, both in Vegas, one on 5/13 and the other on 10/02

Visited sick friend. Got sick myself. Got 4s all year. Lost too much. Spent too much. Indulged in too much obsession. Enjoyed most of it.

is that possible?

Judging by the number of times a week I hear: "Stop obsessing!" (heh), I guess that unless you're talking about the fragrance by Calvin Klein, it is.

Celebrated 25 years with my company (Mar) Got to know my second cousin during a vacation (Apr) had a great gal hired away and hired another great gal (tough going in between May-July) QUIT SMOKING - YES!, went out west to see my old uncle and some of my very nice customers. Mountains around Carson City are awesome! Portland and Seattle very much fun, too little time though. Enjoyed many hours here.

2005 was the worst year ever.
which is suprising since it was the Year of the Cock

Jack Flanders 01-01-2006 04:19 PM

I've had better, I've had worse. I love winter but I hate January... it's blah. Hmmmmbgggg. I think I need a another Bloody Mary. Yes, that's it.

2005

Turned my life upside down in some major ways. Started a new job, quit my new job, started another newer, better paying job in a new city.

Put on 15-20 lbs

Am as deep in debt as I was this time last year despite making more money....

Continuing to look for that new driving goal to replace the old one I had been chasing for 18 years....

All in all, an adventure has been had.
