lancashire, mancunian, scouse, n.wales, s. wales, mancunian, brummie,
east midlands, east anglian, home counties, cockney, south west.
and that's just the ones that any brit can differentiate.
there are often differences between towns only 10 miles apart. people
in sheffield can recognize a rotherham accent.

i heard upper midwestern in the upper peninsula of michigan and it is quite different to normal midwestern, not quite canada but getting there.
