Coffee: 30% overdosed french press, once tall cup in the morning with from 1-1 1/2 tsp of sugar. Roast varies, as does varietal. I roast my own beans so mix it up frequently but tend towards medium to medium dark roasts on average, with occasional light and dark roasts for variety.
Tea: Only used in emergencies (when I forgot to roast coffee and run out of the fixing for a 'real' morning beverage), preferably black tea with a tsp of sugar or honey.
Correlates to my DIY nature...not so amusing i guess, but fark it.
