I'm with RMR and PFP. The only thing I can add is, be around people who love you as often as you can. When you have talked and thought out all the details of your breakup, it's good to take your mind off your hurt by paying some attention to things that make you happy (in my case, my friends and their kids). It stops you from dwelling. When I broke up with my fiance', they saved me from going crazy.
