I'm currently a graduate student of theoretical computer science. My favorite part of the experience is being a Teaching Assistant; I love getting knowledge and understanding into students' brains, particularly watching for that "Ah-hah!" moment that will always -- if briefly -- streak their faces.

I have a BS in both Computer Science and Mathematics. This means I can code when I really want to, but I don't use it in my day-to-day life. I'm easily addicted to RPGs and my latest habit is World of Warcraft (anyone on Smolderthorn?). Older habits were dominated by MUDs whose names are now long forgotten. In undergrad I was a DDR fiend.

I love taking photographs, both as a way to keep memories and as a way of capturing beauty in the world around us. I'm relatively talented in Photoshop. I've been designing and maintaining websites since 1997.

And, after reading all this, you may be surprised to find out that I'm female.
