i just got back from lunch and i think out of all of the food categories on this planet, the one that makes me toot the most is green beans.
i swear to jesustitties, not even an hour after eating them i need to lock myself away from public places.

oh, that and roast beef.
OH god, and cauliflour.

There is an easy tip:
while cooking couliflowers, green beans etc pour out the water after it has boled for some seconds. Pour new water and boil again the vegetables as long as needed. With couliflowers it's better to repeat it twice....
And don't eat it at restaurants, dear JT.

any kind of beans. I have learned to not eat them before going to yoga.

i was working out a few summers ago, when a wieghtlifter about three rows from me was doing his little redfaced grunt routine spot lifting this huge piece of iron...
right when he went to get it up past his knees he let out this HUGE fart, we are talking the kind of fart that would end a marriage (george carlin)

And like EVERYONE heard it and turned around... he got really red and put the weight down, and i think realized something wasnt right... now i dont know if he did, but i swear he shit his pants... he took off to the changeroom and didnt come out.
