Watch out, kids...

Yours truly is cooking . No, you didn't read that wrong. I'm actually cooking .

I know, call the local fire department. Haw haw haw. Seriously though, I'm trying a friend's recipe for ginger chicken (& when she makes it, it's awesome).

Funny things you do when you're in the mood. Hmmm. Let me think about that for a second...

I'll let you know how it turns out. 3 minutes & counting!

Pax,
LC

i like to sit and watch the food channel. and dream of all the great things i could do. i never do it. you notice they put onion in like everything? same thing with workout videos. i'll get a big bowl of ice cream and watch it intently on the couch. thinking i am two inches away from the floor where i too could work out. that is a long ways.

Hot dogs do not come with cooking instructions.

1. Boil in a pot of water. Fill pot half full with water. Add weiners, when the water boils for two minutes. They are done.

2. Fry in Frying pan. They stay salty and greasy. When hot, they are done.

3. Barbeque. When blistered black and split open, they are done.

4. Nuke em. Microwave two hot dogs for 130 seconds on high.

Oh but do be sure to poke holes in said hogs w/a fork. Otherwise, things get weird.

My mom used to make us sandwiches with hotdogs. She'd split a hotdog, lengthwise and then cut both pieces in half. She'd then arrange them so they looked like finger sticking out of the bread. I loved eating finger sandwiches.

I was out one day with my grandmother and we ate at a tea room. I was really disappointed with their finger sandwiches.

YES! YES! YES! the ketchup was the blood!!

*sigh*

I won't go near a hot dog anymore. They have all kinds of nasty things inside them. I will down my share of Smart Dogs though.
