I don't have one!
Should I post a pic of the town where I was born? I was only there a little while... not long enough to really call it a "home town"...

My hometown is halfway between Milwaukee & Chicago, right before you hit the IL state line. In fact, you can take Sheridan Road from my grandparents' house on the northside, into downtown Chicago. It'll take awhile, but it beats the retarculous Eden's Expressway.
Original lighthouse ![]() Current lighthouse, that has been there since my childhood, at least: ![]() LOL ![]() When this was a gas station in the 70's, my uncle Paul worked there. ![]() ![]() ![]() It all comes back to the lighthouse. here is another angle of the old lighthouse: ![]() Our drive-in Theatre. Used to have 2 in the city, this one is still there, not sure if it's still being used. Where the other one was, is ****ing condo's now. ![]() ![]() I miss my family, I miss my friends, but most of all I miss the lake.

A mansion that used to be a girls school. It is haunted. And every year they hold a haunted house for kids to go through. But everyone who's ever worked there or spent time alone there has told me it's haunted. I believe it.
![]() There is a beautiful church sanctuary there. They don't have services there every Sunday anymore, but you can have weddings there. My aunt & uncle got married there. On Halloween. A club I was in @ school used ot have our dances there. There's a widow's walk, and a private pier & a story about a nun that died there who haunts it. Apparently her lover was on a ship & she used to go up to the top of the tower, to see if she could see his ship coming in off the lake. One night she got startled & fell to her death down the stairs. She is said to beone of the ghosts haunting the place. The tower: ![]() There's another story about a little girl who died while there who haunts the place. Something about her being hazed terribly by the other little girls & shoved out a window (accidentally). Some great pics of my city on this site: Eichelmann is an awesome beach. Love that part of town. http://www.theonering.net/staff/corv...enosha?&page=1
