CAUTION OPENING THIS
I am posting the history of these terrible things, because, I believe you can put your thinking caps on and come up with some ideas. This man supposedly has not killed in 22 years. He has re-surfaced, and is dropping clues. What I am posting is the history of this man, and his victims. He enjoys anagrams, and puzzles, from what I can determine.
