they dont make em like they used to. sometimes when im out i think about how much better things were made or done back in the day, than they are now.

they dont make music like they used to... i dont remember growing up to music videos with bare asses and tits flying all over, black guys running around saying how great it is to be a gangsta. i remember when madonna came out with the song 'like a virgin', how ULTIMATELY insanely out there and risky that was.. how it was almost unheard of.

big cars. i know, i know energy and environment and all that crap.. but when i see the cars that are coming out now they just look, i dont know.. GAY.
whatever happened to the 1982 cadillacs bombing around or the sweet bigass pickup trucks we used to pile into on the weekends to go to _____ when we were kids. Now it seems kids pile in to the back of mom's hyundai (praying not to get into an accident, because cars these days are basically made of plastic) I miss big ass cars.

I know its bad for you -but remember those massive sized fries you got when you superized it? Like you could fit your whole head into the empty container. Maybe it just seemed bigger because you're a kid, i dunno. But when i go to mcdonalds im not going to eat healthy, im going because im splurging on something i know i shouldnt have, but crave anyways.. so give me a big mac in one of those old fashioned non biodegratable styrophome containers and let me rinse it down with that orange drink... you know, orange drink... it aint orange juice and theres no fizz carbonation so you know it aint pop... its just syrup and water.

i LIKE vhs.. remember when you used to go rent movies, and like.. the cardboard box was in front of the movie itself, pausing, rewinding.. OH remember the fee you'd have to pay if you didnt rewind?
or the BE KIND REWIND stickers on all the tapes when you rented them?

popcicles... they used to be a quarter. Sometimes less. Last week i stopped at a 7-11 for a popsicle and it was 69cents, plus taxes almost came out to a dollar.. what the hell is that.

stereo systems- I’ve gone to Wal*Mart a couple times to look at their stereos, and they are made completely out of plastic and particleboard, and the speakers don’t even have RCA plugs- they just have those cheap-ass wire clamps, which I know are dodgy at best. And for $200? What a rip-off.

Back in the day, stereo systems used to at least have RCA plugs, and the radios seemed to work better.
