I think pilots drinking must be a common problem. I once met a pilot in a bar (sure, I was drinking too, but I wasn't flying a 757 the next morning), he was in uniform, and getting plastered. It was late, and he said he was flying a plane out of D.C. the next morning. Since I was going to be a passenger on a flight the next morning as well, I was curious as to the flight he would be flying. Thankfully, it wasn't mine.
