just a little something i typed out quickly after our conversation...

I pulled out a silvery needle
Attached to a thread as long as the ages
And stitched the middles of space
And time delicately together.
As the edges of the earth began to neatly fold
In upon
Each other
And the horizon
Became the hills and valleys,
I tied a knot
Securely,
Placed my needle safely behind my ear,
And welcomed your out-stretched hand.
