They need to take her, and every other rapist/child rapist out there and just kill them. Torture takes too much time, and frankly, we just need to do the world a favor and send them on to the hell they earned. 22 shells are cheap.
Sorry, I'm pretty passionate on this issue. I was a preschool teacher and had a 4 year old in my class who had been raped when she was 2.
