Thompson's books that he was in a drive in movie theater somewhere in Oregon once and they had a free blood pressure testing machine outside the consession stand. He got a bright idea, and went inside and downed about ten scorching hot cups of coffee and then plunged his arm into the ice machine hopper. He went outside and sat down at the blood pressure machine and it registered no pulse and no blood pressure. He said all the people there were totally amazed as he walked away. Dunno if that's a true story or not. Knowing HST, it could be either... |

- thinking I have absolutely no excuse if I don't manage to get my Monkey Mail out after this weekend - having a lot of trouble deciding what to send who (I have this attachment to propriety, you see, in terms of each person's perceived personality...  )- happy that Spicy is home safe and ready to start her weekend! - hoping she has enough cheese to last her three whole days...

tired...but i had a blast! *dances around* sad...they lost my luggage (ALL MY CLOTHES!!!!) working all weekend...extended shifts

wondering what happend to Avalon, & hoping everything turns out ok. Hating my comp. it finaly died. Now I have a few weeks before my new one gets here! Hope everyone takes care as I will be out of sync for a while. Gotta run, hope to check in soon.
