if you have a webcam you can try out the video scribbler. 2 different versions can be found at

these are the first try at outputting the program to shockwave for use on the web. if you are having problems getting them to work with your webcam you probally need to install the latest version of quicktime which is found at http://www.quicktime.com and you will need to install winvdig http://www.vdig.com/WinVDIG/WinVDIG_099.exe
winvdig lets you camera talk to quicktime then to the program.

I know this sounds like a lot of stuff to do but hopefully soon i can get versions made for the web that solve these problems.
