A spoonerism is usually two words with the first letters reversed (and sometimes other minor edits to taste), creating a funny little phrase. Here's a link to a more detailed explanation:

For example - I have a friend whose name, when the first two letters are reversed and a slight edit is applied, becomes "Hanukah Muffin".

Here's another: Smart & Final ---> Fart & Smile. (there's even a sound effect that goes with it... )

One of our favorite monkey's moniker lends itself well:
funkytuba --> tunkyfooba
