When I started hanging pics on the walls. In the bedroom I have a couple kissing on some stairs in Paris, circa 1952, there are tenements in the background, it's a black & white shot. I have a "slice" (those posters that are long & skinny) of 4 B&W shots of Paris, that's in the bedroom too.

Out here I have the Eiffel Tower at night, all lit up. I have the Raphael angels, and Premiere Baiser, 2 angels kissing. (I've been collecting angels since I was 6.) I also have numerous shots of my family on the walls, still have to get my sister's wedding shot blown up & on the wall. The dog with Santa, however, is up there.

I also have my grandparents' wedding photo, an original, taken in 1947. It's too precious to me to hang on the wall, I don't want anything to happen to it. But I remember it being on the wall at their house as a child, so I'd like to put it up. *sigh* Such decisions.

When my husb. and I were unpacking stuff in our current house, I walked into our bedroom and he had hung his parents (the parents who were upset that we were married before moving in together) wedding picture on the wall near our bed Ummm, I don't think so! Nothing sexier than having your parents "watching"

PFP, take the pic to Walgreens and they'll blow it up as big as you want, from that original, then you can Martha Stewart it and box it up in neutral ph paper and put it away for safekeeping, and still enjoy the image. I scan stuff all the time and blow it up and print it out.

LOL @ Magpie.

The pic is an 8x10 that has been sitting in a closet for years & years. I want a nice gold frame for it. Walgreens is indeed an option, since they are only 3 blocks from here.

If they both live another 3 years, we are having a 60th anniversary party whether they want one or not.
