I began to wonder out loud.
How had I ended up so far from my banana. from the moring which, now, seemed so distant.
How had this beautiful young republican woman ended up here. Who was the stranger who had shot her?
Why did she choose larry over me?

Larry tried to turn and hit me, but as expected the hat blocked his way. Instead he found it easier to slam on the breaks, thereby violently smashing my head into the seat in front of me.
