Frieda, that's a great visual first thing in the morning!

Frieda, that image is really funny!

I can eat cheese, just not soft cheeses. No blue, gorgonzola, goat, brie, feta…it's really sucked. There is a small chance you could get listeria which can cross the placenta and harm the baby. Most of the "I can't eats" are because of listeria or the chance of getting food poisioning. Even though it's a small chance, you don't want to take chances with a baby.

The good thing is no one gives me shite for eating ice cream whenever I want it. Too bad I'm not an ice cream freak like D is. He loves it. To me, it's just, eh, another kind of dessert.

Reading the PMS thread made me think of a few other little things that are nice about being pregnant.
NO PERIOD
And quite possibly one of the best perks…NO CLEANING THE CAT BOX and my poor D hates my cat, hell I hate my cat, but she's my responisbility.

LOL!!! I LOVED that part of being pregnant, too. Well, Red, if you like wine, you should be able to have some of that (everything in moderation) while you're nursing. Look at the Italians. They drink it all the time.

I had a big glass of Merlot last night.

I'm considering having another glass tonight, we're going Italian at Buca di Beppo tonight.
