This is in Portland and the sign is famous among locals. You have to go up really steep stairs to get to the really old Chinese restaurant and it feels like a cafeteria, with super bright lights and very little decorations. In the corner is one of the darkest bars in town, tiny with a huge statue of Buddha in the corner. They serve really strong drinks and I actually started my 21st birthday there. Our China Town is ridiculously small and kind of trashy, and the restaurant looks kind of dirty but the food there is really good. At the bottom of the sign it used to say "Cocktails", but some one made it just say "Cock" and the owners have never changed it. Put on your list if you ever make it up this way!!
